Rocket Topdressis a unique soil-less Top Dressing. Based on River Sand this means you should not be importing weeds into the yard when you topdress. The nitrogen fertilisers promote strong quick growth which allows you to fill in minor hills and hollows at the same time as feeding. It is a great way to "kick on" your spring growth and can be used while ever the weather is warm, usually late August through to March, remembering that in the heat of summer you will need to do more watering. We always suggest you give the lawn a tight hair cut first, then apply no more than 15mm of soil. Use a lawn leveller or the backside of your broom to spread topdess evenly over your lawn and water in well.
